Jessica Chavanick is a certified yoga instructor committed to inspiring compassion, balance, and mindfulness - on and off the mat. She teaches from a place of love and acceptance and is passionate about cultivating an atmosphere of non-judgment to support healing and optimal functioning of the whole self. Learning to use the power of her own breath to clear, heal and empower every aspect of her life is why she is called to share these accessible and life changing practices. Jessica is also certified with the Veterans Yoga Project to teach Mindful Resilience to active duty military, veterans, and their support systems. She loves minimalism, the zero waste movement, and all things working to protect the environment.
James Parent is a certified yoga instructor with a background in psychology, plant-based living, as well as an array of ancient spiritual disciplines. He offers dynamic classes focused on delving deep within oneself by utilizing compassion, acceptance, and understanding. This basis enhances asana, pranayama, and meditative practices to foster a synergistic union between one's physical and mental body with his or her underlying spiritual nature. He strives to live in harmony with all life and teaches through a judgment free lens. His day to day experiences involve writing fiction, creating art and music, and enjoying time in nature through skiing, skateboarding, disc-golf, and hiking.
Krenar Sphaiu, LMT, BCTMB is a Board Certified Massage Therapist. He is MD Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Board Certified in Bodywork and Massage Therapy (BCTMB). In his massage practice, he specializes in sports massage, deep tissue massage, and reflexology. He is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and is able to provide a customized session for Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients. His goal as a Massage Therapist is to assist and invite clients in actively participating in their own health. Krenar enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing basketball outside of his practice.
